A large build volume with high-speed printing makes the ChairSide Pro suitable for small-batch production. It is able to print 40% faster than traditional DLP printers with its 6-core CPU, dedicated GPU-based AI algorithm, and smart separation technology.

Stability and Precision
The low separation force, light intensity auto-calibration, and a linear module that maintains positioning precision within 0.003 mm, ensure the quality and reliability of the printed results. A thermostatic module keeps the temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius and less than 50% humidity for optimum printing. These, along with production strategy optimization, allow a consistency rate of 95.4% to be possible across multiple prints.

Production Management
